Delivery & return


We use the services of LAPOSTE, CHRONOPOST and UPS for the shipping and delivery of your orders. The prices and delivery times vary depending on the weight of your items and the destination country linked to your delivery address, which you provide when ordering.

To allow you to have direct visibility of the shipping costs on your order, you have the possibility to estimate the delivery costs in your basket, via the "Estimate" functionality.

The estimated delivery time starts as soon as your order is shipped and not when it is placed on the site.

Following your order confirmation, your package will be prepared and shipped within two working days. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During sales or promotions, preparation and / or shipping times may be extended. You will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your package. The status of your order is visible at any time on your account, in the "History of your orders" page and you can also find the tracking number of your package there to track its delivery.

Packages are delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. In case of absence, the driver leaves a notice of passage inviting you to make an appointment for a delivery at a later date, delivers your package on hold at the post office or at a relay point, or can also drop your parcel at guardian or neighbor.

Packages waiting at the post office or pickup point are for an average of 10 to 15 days. In the event that you have not been able to collect your package in time, it will be returned to us. We will come back to you upon receipt of your package at the warehouse, in order to find a solution together.

Majestic Filatures cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays beyond its control.

It is currently not possible to make a delivery to our stores. We are actively working to offer you this service soon.

Express home delivery in France

This Express delivery service is provided by Chronopost.

Your package will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days after validation and preparation of your order.

If you placed your order before 11 AM from Monday to Friday on our site, your package will be delivered to your home, according to the indicative deadline, the day after it is dispatched before 1 p.m. For any order placed after 11 AM, you will receive your package two days later.

On Friday, if the order is placed before 11 AM, you will receive it on Saturday. If it is passed after 11 AM, your package will be prepared and shipped the following Monday and you will therefore receive it on Tuesday before 1 p.m. (Chronopost does not pick up packages on weekends).

You will receive an email as soon as your package is delivered to the Chronopost carrier. You can also track your package by retrieving the tracking on your account in your order history.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items to us:

  • in their original packaging,
  • in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unstained), complete (s) (i.e. with accessories, labels, ...),
  • accompanied by the return slip that you will have printed from your account after requesting it online.

We reserve the right to refuse your return and to cancel the refund if these return conditions are not met.

The responsibility for the return and the return costs remain your responsibility (see our general conditions of sale), except in the event of non-conformity of your order noted by our Customer Service. In this case, a transport slip will be sent to you to cover the return costs.

Follow the steps to make your return request online:

  1. Log in by clicking on the "my account" icon at the top right of the main page

  2. By clicking on the "my account" icon, go to the "My order history" section and select the order concerned, then click on "see details"

  3. In "My articles", select the product (s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return. You can tell us in a comment the desired size in case of exchange. Click on send. You will receive an email once your return request has been validated by the Customer Service.

  4. Log in and access the "My Returns" section. Download and print your return slip to put inside the package

  5. Send your item(s) to the address indicated on your return slip:

If you have placed your order as a guest, you can contact the Customer Service by email or by phone at +33 (0)9 71 00 33 41 Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m and until 5 p.m. on Friday.

The return costs are your responsibility, we advise you to make a tracking shipment with a tracking number to avoid any problem due to delivery.

Method and deadline for refund

The refund will be made on the payment card used during the validation of the order. This will be done within 14 days after receipt of the returned package by our warehouse.
